● Operators can deactivate the automatic measurement system and manually select profiles from the list if desired.

● The machine offers high-speed and high-precision operation through its dual-axis servo motors.

● Different blades are used for cleaning white and colored profiles, ensuring high-quality cleaning results that meet superior standards.

● Remote connection capability allows for service support, and full integration with the automation system enables easy fault detection and resolution.

● The machine features 11 specially designed tools, each operating with exceptional performance and precision.

● The special spring-loaded inner corner tool removes burrs from profiles more rigidly and efficiently.

● Both white and laminated profiles, as well as gasketed and non-gasketed profiles, can be automatically cleaned by selection from the control screen.

● The ergonomic operator panel is designed to rotate easily in all directions for maximum accessibility.

● Equipped with a 22” Full HD LED monitor.

● Includes a high-performance PC running Windows 11, fanless, and capable of operating within a temperature range of 0°C to 55°C.

● It can be integrated with four-corner welding machines and connected to a CNC set.

● The user interface developed by the Machine Software Department allows visual and intuitive programming of profile cleaning operations based on technical drawings, enabling fast and easy user adjustments.

● The same interface software also displays all error messages directly on the screen.

● Provides automatic data backup via wireless network connection and USB transfer.

● An unlimited number of different profile sizes and specifications can be stored.

● Daily backups can be automatically performed to the internal backup unit.
