● It has a Ø450 mm diameter pneumatic system bottom-mounted saw; thus, cutting operations are carried out quickly and efficiently.

● The special saw engine used in the machine provides comfort to the user with its low noise level during operation.

● The saw’s travel speed can be adjusted as needed, providing flexible use for different profile types and thicknesses.

● It offers a wide range of angles from 22.5° to 157.5°. Additionally, easy-to-use fixing points at 45°, 90°, and 135° allow for practical and precise adjustments.

● The pneumatic clamping system that secures the profile during cutting increases safety and helps ensure a smooth cut.

Optional Enhancements

● Right and left profile support conveyors: This ensures the profiles are transported evenly and safely from both sides during the cutting process. This increases stability and ensures precise cutting on long profiles.

● Manual Measuring System Conveyor (3.0 m): This allows the user to manually measure and position profiles up to 3 meters long. This system allows for easy and accurate pre-cut measurements.

● Automatic Digital Measuring System: This system allows switching to a digital measuring system for situations requiring high precision and speed in cutting operations. Automatic measurement reduces the margin of error and increases productivity.

● Speed ​​control and cooling system for aluminum: This system allows for adjusting the saw speed and controlling the heat generated during the cutting of aluminum profiles. This equipment helps achieve smooth and clean cutting results in aluminum.
