The Fully Automatic Corner Press operates with 14 axes equipped with a servo system. This multi-axis structure enables the machine to perform corner joining operations on different aluminum profiles fully automatically without the need for any manual adjustment. Each axis provides precise movement and positioning at different points in the system, significantly increasing both the efficiency and accuracy of the pressing operations.

The servo motor-driven shearing system in the machine enables the desired level of rigid pressing force to be achieved. The precise movement and positioning capability offered by servo motors ensures both high efficiency and repeatability in pressing operations. This system guarantees the application of safe and stable pressing force in production processes, offering a noticeable increase in processing speed and quality standards.

The serial measurement and tool change system is designed to increase the efficiency and precision of pressing operations. The movable blades in the system automatically move to the desired positions without the need for tool changes. This mobility allows the blades to quickly move to different positions.

The positions of the positioned blades can be stored in memory, eliminating the need for manual readjustment for different profiles or processes. This feature saves time and enables repeatability in the production process, resulting in faster, safer, and more precise pressing operations.

When a profile is selected, the blades automatically move to the pressing position. During the pressing process, the pressing depth can be adjusted without changing the position of the profile.

• The fully automatically adjustable V-block compresses the profile as it advances and manages to position itself correctly without disturbing the corner setting.

• Thanks to the fixed rear V-support and the forward-backward movement of the blades, double pressing can be performed on the horizontal axis with a single program without moving the profile from its position. •
