The FW-420 Double-Corner Welding Machine is capable of welding two corners of a PVC profile in a single operation with high strength.

● With the fixed welding head, PVC profiles can be welded at angles ranging from 30° to 180° with high durability.

● Its robust and durable construction ensures excellent welding quality.

● A dedicated storage shelf is provided on the machine for spare welding molds.

● The movable head can be manually and easily positioned to the desired measurement.

● All operations can be automatically controlled in a user-friendly manner via the touchscreen digital display.

● The special Teflon system ensures long-lasting Teflon use and allows easy replacement when needed.

● The manually operated movable welding head enables welding at a fixed 90° angle.

● Melting and joining times are digitally adjustable, enhancing processing precision and efficiency.

● A 0.2 mm welding gap is maintained for both white and colored profiles.

● The long-lasting heating plate distributes heat evenly, improving welding quality.

● Additionally, the practical mold change system allows fast and easy mold replacements.
