● The 8-motor insect screen drilling machine has been specially designed and developed to drill evenly spaced cord holes in sliding insect screens precisely.

● Thanks to its high-precision touchscreen, all settings can be easily and user-friendly configured.

● While the first four motors of the machine operate continuously, motors 5, 6, 7, and 8 can be activated in desired combinations via the touchscreen. This feature allows quick adaptation to different hole patterns and requirements.

● The special bearing system used in the machine allows the drilling points of the 8 motors to be easily and practically adjusted at equal distances for insect screens ranging from 500 mm to 3000 mm in length.

● Drilling 8 holes on a 3000 mm-long insect screen is completed in approximately 20 seconds, offering high efficiency.

● The 8 motors in the machine operate with high precision under driver control, ensuring accurate hole drilling.

● To enhance ease of use, the start command can be given via a foot pedal, keeping the operator’s hands free and making the process safer.

● For practical measurement, a special ruler system is positioned in front of motors 1 and 2.

● Thanks to the standard chuck system, the drills can be quickly and easily replaced when needed.

● The optional mold system, designed for different screen widths, is ideal for high-precision drilling operations.

● The molds on the machine can be quickly and easily changed using the pin system.

● All motors are housed within a specially designed enclosure to ensure high safety, enhancing both operator protection and machine durability.
