● All operations, from frame welding to the delivery of cleaned frames, are monitored and managed by the automation system, ensuring both speed and precision throughout the process.
● While the Four-Corner Welding Machine begins welding a new frame, the FC-570 CNC Corner Cleaning Machine can simultaneously start cleaning the previously welded frame. This parallel operation ensures high efficiency and workflow continuity across the production line.
● With its servo motor-driven turning robot, frames are rotated precisely and steadily, and corner positioning is performed automatically.

The cooling time is automatically managed by a computer-assisted control system integrated with the welding machine. This system determines the specific cooling time required for each profile and optimizes the station’s operation cycle. The FC-312 Fast Turning Robot is designed to optimize workflow within the production line by operating in full integration with the FC-570 CNC Corner Cleaning Machine. It automatically transfers welded frames to the corner cleaning machine, orienting the frame so that the corners to be cleaned are properly positioned. The robot rotates the frame automatically through all four corners, eliminating the need for manual intervention. As a result, the process becomes faster, more organized, and error-free.
